Equifax sets 4-cent quarterly dividend (AP)

Equifax Inc. said Friday its board of directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of 4 cents per share. The credit reporting agency said the dividend is payable Sept. 15 to shareholders of record on Aug. 25.
